Customers agree to the following terms and conditions when they place their order - Credit Cards We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. Products must ship to the billing address for your credit card unless you have an alternate address listed with them. If this is the case, you will need to give us a call because our online ordering system will decline the order if the address doesn't match. Orders are authorized when they are placed online. The charge is put through when we process the order "in-house". If we have to issue a credit, that usually posts within one billing cycle. PayPal We only ship to addresses that are confirmed with PayPal. Payments will be refunded if your address is unconfirmed. Checks and money orders Please allow 7-10 days for personal checks to clear. Certified bank checks and money orders are good for immediate payment. Shipping Outside Of The 48 States Shipping quotes listed on our website are based on orders that are being shipped to locations in the 48 states via UPS/USPS. Please e-mail us at sales@tbyrneperformance.com or give us a call at 1-508-675-5000 if you need a quote to locations outside of this area or if your product will be shipping to an APO address. Those have to ship via the postal service. We can not undervalue products on your invoice to reduce duties and taxes. Companies can receive a huge fine if they are caught doing that. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipiant. We don't handle that here. International Customers TBYRNE Performance LLC ships to locations around the world. Payment conditions above will apply. Some customers choose to pay through Western Union. We can then ship your order to any location that you choose. Restocking Fees, Returns and Cancelations Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This can be done within 20 days of receiving your product. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required. Products sent to us without an RA number will be returned to the sender. Products must be in new, uninstalled condition and have all if the origional undamaged packaging. Products must be returned within 10 days of being issued the RA number. The restocking fee and shipping charges will apply to shipments that are refused. No returns after 30 days. No returns for non-stock/special order products. There is a 10% processing fee if you cancel your order after it has been processed but before it has shipped. Special orders can not be canceled. Ask your sales rep if you have any questions about these policies.
Warranties
Warranties are handled by the manufacturer of the product so you must contact them direct if you have an issue with it. We're can provide help if needed. Other "Fine Print" TBYRNE Performance LLC isn't responsible for any damage that is caused to your vehicle or to any person as a result of purchasing products from us.
